Gary Silbert joined Entergy in 1981 and prior to his current position served in several management capacities in the areas of business development, external affairs, and customer service. As the Director of Economic Development for Entergy New Orleans, Inc. he is focused upon collaborative business retention efforts, business recovery post Katrina and business & community development. Silbert has an MBA from Loyola University, a BA from the University of Georgia and is a certified community developer. Silbert has been involved in several business and civic organizations including Chairman of the Jefferson Chamber of Commerce, the Business Council and leadership roles on several not-for-profit boards including MidSouth Delta LISC (Local Initiatives Corporation), Crimestoppers and the Neighborhood Development Foundation.

Gesele Sabathia joined Entergy in 1980. As a Sr. Economic Development Executive for Entergy, New Orleans, Inc., she is responsible for business development. Sabathia has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from Dillard University in New Orleans and is a graduate of the Community Development Institute and has also completed three years at the Economic Development Institute. Ms. Sabathia is a member of the International Economic Development Council, the Southern Economic Development Council, the Utility Economic Development Association, and the World Trade Center of New Orleans.

Bridget Carter joined Entergy in 1974. As an Economic Development Executive for Entergy New Orleans, Inc., she is responsible for managing community development programs and initiatives focused on supporting economic growth and job creation in New Orleans. She has a BS Degree from the University of Southwestern Louisiana in Lafayette and is a graduate of the Economic Development Institute. She is a member of the International Economic Development Council, Southern Economic Development Council, Utility Economic Development Association and Louisiana Industrial Development Economic Association. Ms. Carter is very active in the community and serves on several non-profit boards.

Joan Dumes joined Entergy in 1987. She has worked in various positions at Entergy New Orleans Inc., including Public Relations, Communications and within the Executive Office at the Company. In her current position, Ms. Dumes provides administrative support to the Economic Development Director and staff.
