Gary Silbert joined Entergy in 1981 and prior to his current position served in several management capacities in the areas of business development, external affairs, and customer service. As the Director of Economic Development for Entergy New Orleans, Inc. he is focused upon business development and business expansion initiatives in New Orleans. Silbert has an MBA from Loyola University, a BA degree from the University of Georgia and is a certified community developer. Silbert has been involved in several business and civic organizations including Chairman of the Jefferson Chamber of Commerce, Greater New Orleans, Inc., the Business Council and leadership roles on several not-for-profit boards including MidSouth Delta LISC (Local Initiatives Corporation), Crimestoppers and the Neighborhood Development Foundation.

Steve Molnar joined Entergy in 2008. As a Sr. Economic Development Executive for Entergy, New Orleans, Inc., he is responsible for business development. Molnar has a Master of Urban and Regional Planning Degree from the University of New Orleans and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Art Studies from Southeastern Louisiana University in Hammond and is a Certified Business Retention Consultant. Mr. Molnar is a member of the International Economic Development Council, the Southern Economic Development Council, the Louisiana Industrial Development Economic Association, the Regional Loan Corporation, and the World Trade Center of New Orleans.
