Within town limits (Terrebonne) Permit Office

All odd numbered locations are in Terrebone Parish

Within town limits(Lafourche) Permit Office

All even numbered locations are in Lafourche Parish

Parish permit or inspection for one or more of the following:

• New construction, temporary meter

• New construction, permanent meter

• Existing structure-if Entergy has to run a service line a permit is required

• All commercial connections

• All mobile home connections

• Any existing structure that’s never had service

Permits for mobile homes / names must match
