Parish permit or inspection

• New construction, temporary meter

• New construction, permanent meter

• Existing structure-if Entergy has to run a service line a permit is required

• Building, House, or Mobile Home movement

• Any disconnect and reconnect such as: Rebuilding service, upgrading service, relocation service, and changing out meter pan

• All residential and commercial connections

Except: Changing service from one name to another as long as service not interrupted

Health permit or inspection
