Inside town limits Permit Office

Parish permit or inspection

New construction, temporary meter
New construction, permanent meter
Existing structure-if Entergy has to run a service line a permit is required
Building, House, or Mobile Home movement
Any disconnect and reconnect such as: Rebuilding service, upgrading service, relocation service, and changing out meter pan
All Residential and Commercial turn on's if vacant for 24 hours. All Resiidentail & Commercail installs.

Except: Changing service from one name to another as long as service not interrupted
