Within town limits Permit Office

Electrical permit or inspection for one or more of the following:

• New construction, temporary meter

• New construction, permanent meter

• Existing structure-if Entergy has to run a service line a permit is required

• Commercial turn ons or name changes

Note: If parish permit for new construction has a letter “A” in the permit # it is good for both the temporary meter and the permanent meter. A service location needs to be set up for both when this type permit is received. If the letter “T” is in the permit # then it is only good for the temporary meter
