  • Get your current balance, last payment information and past due amount
  • Pay your bill by phone
  • Get a Quick Payment Center (QPC) Code which you will need to make a payment at an Entergy Pay Station located in your area
  • Request more time to pay your bill
  • Check the status of service requests including permits
  • Report an outage or hazardous condition
  • Receive information on a current outage
