A Public Forum, October 7, 2019, New Orleans, Louisiana

Business leaders, public officials and energy experts came together to discuss how to build a sustainable and reliable clean energy future for New Orleans, La. during an Oct. 7 public forum. The forum featured remarks by Dr. Ernest Moniz, former energy secretary during the Obama administration; Mayor LaToya Cantrell, City of New Orleans; Entergy Corporation Chairman and CEO Leo Denault and additional energy thought leaders. In his remarks, Denault emphasized that Entergy intends to be part of the solution by safely delivering energy to our customers and the communities we serve while balancing the critical factors of reliability, affordability and sustainability.
